Process

Use the blank food pyramid provided to fill out the food groups, examples and required amounts. Then in your groups make a healthy meal plan for the week.

Finally, make a chart comparing the healthy foods you chose for your menu and non-healthy foods available. Once your finished, you will present the meal plan and chart to the class. Below are a few websites that may be helpful in filling out your pyramid and constructing your meal plan.
